cast iron skillet

one of my kitchen basics...for toasting pine nuts, making frittatas, tarte tatins, carmelizing onions, ratatouille, and all my favorite things... and great for quick reheating of leftovers...I have a collection of 5 sizes and use for everything photograph by tara sgroi
